Day Six for lawyers: the plenipotentiary 𐤀𐤃𐤌 — compromised credentials and the Legal Representative 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏

DAY SIX — LAWYERS

In the previous messages we saw the constituted territory, the norm of autonomous production, the governors with mandate, and the מוֹעֲדִים as procedural terms inscribed in the temporal architecture.

Today the text unfolds the central actor of the entire juridical system:

The plenipotentiary agent — with credentials, protocol of action, and mandate of government. And the story of how those credentials were compromised — and restored.

Genesis 1:26-28 + 2:7

“Let us make the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 in our 𐤑𐤋𐤌 (tzelem) according to our 𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 (demut). And let it have 𐤓𐤃𐤄 (radah — delegated executive authority) over all the earth.”

“And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌 breathed into his nostrils 𐤍𐤔𐤌𐤄𐤕 𐤇𐤉𐤉𐤌 (nishmat chayyim). And the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 became 𐤍𐤐𐤔 𐤇𐤉𐤄 (nefesh chayah).”

Element 1 — Tzelem: the instrument of representation with full powers

𐤑𐤋𐤌 (tzelem) — representation with full executive capacity.

In international law the exact equivalent is the plenipotentiary — the representative with full powers who can act on behalf of the State in the assigned territory. His acts are the acts of the State. His commitments bind the State. His presence is the presence of the State.

𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌 does not install a passive observer in the execution environment. It deploys a plenipotentiary with full executive credentials to act on behalf of the Principal.

𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 (demut) — the authentication protocol. The functional similarity that establishes that this agent acts in conformity with the Principal. In law: the letters of credence and the instructions that define the framework of authorized action.

𐤍𐤔𐤌𐤄 (neshamah) — the direct connection with the Principal. The point-to-point communication channel that keeps the plenipotentiary in contact with the source of authority.

Element 2 — Radah: the executive mandate

𐤓𐤃𐤄 (radah) — delegated executive authority. To govern, to exercise dominion as an authorized representative.

The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 receives three components of the letter of credence:

𐤑𐤋𐤌 — the credential of identity. This agent is the image of the Principal. 𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 — the protocol of action. This agent acts in conformity with the Principal. 𐤓𐤃𐤄 — the executive mandate. This agent has authority over the assigned domain.

The three components together constitute the complete plenipotentiary representation. Without any one of the three — the representation is compromised.

Element 3 — The breach of Genesis 3: change of principal

Genesis 3 — the serpent offers an alternative source of information about reality: “you shall be like Elohim.”

In juridical terms: an offer of change of principal. Instead of acting under the authority of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 — acting under one’s own authority or under another principal.

The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 accepts. Automatic juridical effect: the credentials are compromised. Not by arbitrary punishment — but because the credentials of a plenipotentiary are valid only while he acts on behalf of the original Principal. The moment the agent acts under another authority — the credentials of the original principal cease to be applicable.

The expulsion from Eden — the juridical effect of the change of principal. As when an ambassador is declared persona non grata — not for the violation of an external norm but for incompatibility with the framework of representation that constituted him.

The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 does not destroy the 𐤑𐤋𐤌 inscribed in him — he cannot. But he loses the executive access that this 𐤑𐤋𐤌 conferred upon him under the credentials of the original Principal.

Element 4 — 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏: the valid Legal Representative

The compromised system needs a Legal Representative who meets three requirements:

First — to operate from within the compromised system as a full 𐤀𐤃𐤌. Galatians 4:4 — “born of woman, born under the law.” The rescue mechanism only works from within the compromised category — Hebrews 2:16 confirms that it was not on behalf of angels, but of the seed of Abraham.

Second — perfect performance under all clauses of the original contract. Matthew 5:17 — “I have not come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it.” Hebrews 4:15 — “tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin.” No applicable cause of penalty.

Third — voluntary resolution of the accumulated debt. John 19:30 — “Tetelestai” — Greek accounting term: the debt is settled. John 10:18 — “no one takes my life from me — I lay it down of myself.” By His own will — not forced execution.

Element 5 — The restoration: not autonomy but higher delegation

What 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 restores is not the original authority of the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 of Genesis 1. The original authority of the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 was that of a plenipotentiary agent of the Creator.

What is restored is something qualitatively different: the position of 𐤏𐤁𐤃 (eved — voluntary servant) of the valid Legal Representative — who operates under the credentials of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏.

John 14:13 — “whatever you ask the Father in my name — I will do it.” Not a magic formula — a protocol of delegation. The 𐤏𐤁𐤃 operates under the name of the Principal — under His credentials — with His authority.

The condition of maintenance: to remain a voluntary 𐤏𐤁𐤃. The same error as Adam — to claim autonomy — collapses the credentials again. The humility of the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 is not servility — it is the position that keeps the credentials active.

Persona vs adM: The juridical person of Roman law is the construct that places the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 under the jurisdiction of the adversary’s system — with rights and obligations defined by that system. The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 in brit with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 operates under credentials that no human juridical system can invalidate — because they come from the authority that constitutes the entire system.
