The covenants for lawyers: the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 as representation contract restored in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏

THE COVENANTS — LAWYERS

We have walked through the 7 days. Today, the complete contract.

The original contract

Genesis 1:26-28 establishes a mandate with three precise elements:

𐤑𐤋𐤌 (tzelem) — image = credentials of representation before third parties 𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 (demut) — likeness = access to the principal’s protocol 𐤓𐤃𐤄 (radah) — dominion = executive authority over the assigned territory

The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 (adM) operates as the authorized representative of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (the Eternal) within the operational domain. Express mandate. Defined territory. Active credentials.

The breach

Genesis 3 — the representative accepts instructions from an unauthorized third party regarding the scope of his mandate. In legal terms: acting beyond authority with a change of principal.

The result is juridically precise: the agent who accepts the jurisdiction of a third party over his mandate breaks the bond with the original principal. The credentials are revoked. Access to the protocol is closed.

The expulsion is not an arbitrary punitive sanction — it is the automatic juridical effect of the rupture of the bond of representation.

From that moment the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 operates as a persona — a term from Roman law, literally the actor’s mask — subject under the jurisdiction of the adversary. Without the credentials of the original principal. Under a system that can grant and revoke according to its own interests.

The problem of representation

No agent within the compromised system can restore the original credentials. The breach requires a representative who:

Operates within the same system (must be a full 𐤀𐤃𐤌 — under the same conditions)
Demonstrates perfect performance under every clause of the original contract
Has no applicable cause of penalty over himself

Without the three requirements simultaneously — the representation is not valid.

The valid Legal Representative

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 (Yiahushua) fulfills all three:

He is born under the conditions of the contract — Galatians 4:4 — “born of woman, born under the Torah.” He operates within the compromised system without adopting its jurisdiction. He demonstrates perfect performance under every clause — Matthew 5:17 — “I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.”

Hebrews 4:15 — tempted at every possible point of failure — without collapsing the credentials of representation.

John 19:30 — “Tetelestai” — a term of Greek commercial law. Obligation satisfied. Contract executed. Death has no legal cause over the one who fulfilled perfectly — John 10:18 — “I lay it down of my own accord.” Of His own will. Not the execution of a debt.

The mechanism of delegation

The authority of Genesis 1:27 is not recovered directly. That position was exercised wrongly under autonomy.

What is restored is structurally superior: the position of authorized deputy of the valid Legal Representative.

The mechanism is the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 (eved — doulos). Not slavery as degradation — but as a precise juridical position: the mandatary who acts in the name of the mandator has access to all of his credentials while operating under his authority.

John 14:13 — “whatever you ask in my name, this I will do” — an express protocol of representation. The deputy acts in the name = under the credentials = with the authority of the Principal.

The maintenance condition of the delegation

The delegation is revocable — not by the will of the Principal but by the abandonment of the deputy.

The moment the deputy declares autonomy — that the credentials are his own — the delegation ceases. Not as a sanction. As an automatic juridical effect: a mandatary who acts on his own account has broken the bond of representation.

It is the same structure as the original breach. And the same error as Lucifer — Ezekiel 28:17 — who claimed the credentials as his own.

The call to action — persona vs adM

Every human being today operates under one of two jurisdictions:

Persona — subject of man’s legal system. The Roman mask. Under the authority of the leviathan. With access only to what the system grants — and can revoke at any moment, with cause or without it.

𐤀𐤃𐤌 in covenant — voluntary 𐤏𐤁𐤃 of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏. Under the jurisdiction of the only Legal Representative whose credentials no human tribunal can invalidate. With access to authority that operates above every structure of the compromised system.

The covenant is not religion. It is to recognize 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 — by His real name, not by the substitute the system installed — as 𐤀𐤃𐤍 (Adon — Lord — the one who holds the mandate) and to accept voluntarily the position of deputy under His authority.

The position of 𐤏𐤁𐤃 is not humiliation. It is the only position from which one can operate with credentials that the leviathan cannot touch.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 𐤄𐤌𐤔𐤉𐤇 — the Messiah — is the only access protocol to the origin.
