Day 7 — The covenants as a franchise model: 𐤀𐤃𐤌 in 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 vs. persona, for entrepreneurs

THE COVENANTS — ENTREPRENEURS

We have walked through the 7 days. Today, the complete business model.

The original mandate

Genesis 1:26-28 — the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 (adM) receives from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (Yiahua) an executive mandate with three components:

𐤑𐤋𐤌 (tzelem) — brand representation credentials 𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 (demut) — direct access to the founder 𐤓𐤃𐤄 (radah) — operational authority over the assigned territory

A clear model: the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 operates as an authorized franchisee of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in the operational market. With the franchisor’s credentials. With direct access to the founder. With an assigned territory and the authority to operate within it.

The loss of the mandate

Genesis 3 — the franchisee agrees to redefine the terms of operation according to a competitor. Result: breach of the franchise agreement. Credentials revoked. Direct access to the founder closed.

From that moment the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 operates as a persona — a term from Roman law, literally the actor’s mask — under the structure of the adversary’s system. Without the original franchisor’s credentials. Dependent on what the competing system grants — and can revoke.

Every business, every institution, every system of power built from that position — inherits the same fragility: it is built upon credentials that another system controls.

The problem of internal restoration

No internal effort restores the original franchisor’s credentials. The problem is not one of performance — it is one of authorization. An operator without valid credentials can strive infinitely and will still be operating outside the origin’s protocol.

Religion is exactly this error: attempting to recover access to the founder through improved performance within the compromised system.

The new CEO with perfect credentials

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 (Yiahushua) enters the market as an operator under the same conditions as the original contract — Galatians 4:4. He operates in the compromised environment. Under all the clauses of the original agreement.

He demonstrates perfect performance under conditions of maximum competitive pressure — Hebrews 4:15. No penalty clause applies to Him.

John 19:30 — “Tetelestai” — a term from Greek commercial law. Debt settled. Contract executed. Operation completed.

The restored franchise model

The authority of Genesis 1:27 is not recovered as an independent operation. That position was compromised under autonomy — and autonomy is exactly the competitor’s point of entry.

What is restored is superior: the position of an authorized operator under the only franchisor with perfect credentials.

The model is the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 (eved — doulos). Not a subordinate employee — an operative partner who bears the mark of the Principal. The operator who acts under the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 has access to His credentials. The market — including the structures of the adversary’s system — recognizes the Principal’s credentials, not those of the individual operator.

John 14:13 — “whatever you ask in my name, this I will do” — an express agreement of representation.

The maintenance condition

The franchise is maintained as long as the operator operates under the Principal’s mark. The moment he declares the mark to be his own — that the credentials are his — he loses the franchise. Not as a penalty. As the logical consequence of breaking the agreement of representation.

It is the original error repeated. It is the error of Lucifer — the most capable operator in the system — who claimed the franchisor’s credentials as his own. Ezekiel 28:17.

The call to action — persona vs adM

Every executive today operates under one of two structures:

Persona — an operator of man’s juridical system. A franchise of the leviathan. Credentials the system can revoke. Territory the system can redefine. Building upon ground that another controls.

𐤀𐤃𐤌 in covenant — an operator under the credentials of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏. A franchise of the only One with a perfect mandate over the real territory. Credentials that no human system can invalidate.

The covenant is to recognize 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 — by His real name — as the franchisor, and to voluntarily operate as an 𐤏𐤁𐤃 under His authority.

Not because there is no other option. Because it is the only model with a foundation that the adversary can neither buy nor revoke.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 𐤄𐤌𐤔𐤉𐤇 — HaMashiach — is the only franchisor with perfect credentials over the real territory.
