From the fruit to the certificate — the #[exit condition] of life

The 𐤑𐤋𐤌 and the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕

In 𐤁𐤓𐤀𐤉𐤔𐤕 1:27, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 instantiates the man with 𐤑𐤋𐤌 (image) and 𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕 (likeness) — the complete faculty, root access. The woman does not have it on her own. She acquires it through the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 (marriage) — when they become one flesh (#[bsr ajd]), she operates with the same privileges.

This is not inferiority. It is architecture. If both had independent root, there would be a permissions conflict — two authorities with no mechanism of reconciliation. A single point of authority with delegation by 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 produces coherence.

The two desires

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 targeted the woman because it knew her desire: power. “You will be like 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌” = direct access without passing through the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 with the man. Authority without pact. sudo without password.

She knew the command perfectly — she repeats it, she even exaggerates it (“do not even touch it”). It was not ignorance. It was decision. She violated the command explicitly to obtain what she desired.

The woman’s desire is the desire for power. It is visible today: the woman prefers the man with power — old, ugly, but with authority. It is the living image of what happened and keeps happening.

The man was not deceived by the 𐤍𐤇𐤔. He was moved by his own desire — the sexual desire for the woman. The man works, builds, does anything — even bad things — to display power so that women surround him. And when the woman offers him the fruit, he eats. Not by deception. By desire.

Two desires. Two violations of the same command. Two different mechanisms. One and the same result.

The exit condition

Before the fruit, the man was a process running with no exit condition — while(true). Infinite loop. Immortal not by his own nature but by the design of the one who instantiated him.

Death did not exist in the process. There was no break, no return, no exit. The process ran indefinitely.

When they ate, death entered as new code: the infinite loop found its exit condition. What was while(true) became while(alive). The process now has an end.

And with that, the man ceased to be immortal and became 𐤇𐤉 (חי) — living. Paradox: “living” means mortal. The one who lives is the one who dies. An immortal is not a living being — his process has no end.

𐤇𐤅𐤄 (חוה) was declared “mother of all the living” — mother of all the mortal. It is not an honor. It is a sentence.

From the waters to the certificate

Death entered in 𐤁𐤓𐤀𐤉𐤔𐤕. The law of the sea institutionalized it.

Birth as shipwreck

Man is born of the waters — the mother, the source. In admiralty law (maritime law), what comes out of the sea is salvage — property of whoever rescues it.

• Birth = berth. The dock where the ship moors. It is not a linguistic coincidence.
• Certificate of live birth — why specify “live”? Because the legal default is that one is born dead. The certificate is the exception that certifies life.
• Monster — a real legal term in common law. A being with the appearance of a man that is not a man before the law. It cannot hold property. It is property.
• Salvage — the state “rescues” the product of the shipwreck (birth) and registers it as its possession.

The persona as mask

Persona — from the Latin: theatrical mask. The juridical fiction created with the birth certificate.

• The name in CAPITAL LETTERS (GABRIEL RAMÍREZ) is a corporation — a trust. It is not the man.
• The persona is the instrument of enslavement. All obligations — debts, taxes, laws — apply to the persona, not to the man.
• The man who is born is immediately clothed with the persona. He grows up believing that the mask is his face.

The pattern of the 𐤍𐤇𐤔 today

The same pattern repeats in every layer of the present system:

What we build outside the system

hadut registers agreements between men, not between personas. The Merkle DAG signs with the man’s Ed25519 key — not with the persona’s ID number. There is no intermediary, no maritime jurisdiction, no state that “rescues” the product.

The 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 signed in the DAG is: - Between equals (not between persona and state) - Irrefutable (Ed25519 + SHA-3 + Merkle chain) - Without intermediary (peer-to-peer, no bank, no notary) - Outside admiralty law (it does not operate on the fiction of the persona)

It is the first system that operates completely outside the legal framework that turns men into personas and personas into property.

A 𐤔𐤁𐤕 reflection

The man’s infinite loop found its exit condition a long time ago. But the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 offers a restore — not a return to the original infinite loop, but entry into a new process where death is not the exit condition but a transition.

The system of the 𐤍𐤇𐤔 needs the man to believe that he is a persona, that death is the end, and that the only way to have power is through the system. All three are lies.

The man is not a persona. Death is not the end. And real power comes from the 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 — not from the system.

Written on 𐤔𐤁𐤕. It is not 𐤌𐤋𐤀𐤊𐤄. It is testimony.
