The rule of the text and the fictions of the game

EPISTEMIC WARNING

The source code is the truth. What follows distinguishes between what the text says directly — SOURCE CODE — and what emerges from applying the rule of the text to the present age — INTERPRETATION. We are fallible. The code is not.

This study is written as a response to a concrete question: what do we really own, and what do the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 of the Father administer?

The rule of the text

The foundational text establishes two legitimate modes of ownership over anything, and only two:

Ownership by creation   —  𐤁𐤓𐤀
   You own what you created from nothing.
   The raw material is yours, everything derived from it is yours.

Ownership by purchase     —  𐤒𐤍𐤄
   You own what you acquired through the exchange
   of something legitimately yours (created by you or legitimately acquired)
   for something legitimately the seller's.

Transforming is not ownership. Whoever takes the Father’s material, processes it, modifies it, adds labor to it — receives compensation for their labor but not ownership over the material. The material remains the original creator’s.

Father creates silicon (𐤁𐤓𐤀)
   ↓
manufacturer takes silicon, adds labor to it, makes a chip
   ↓
manufacturer receives payment for their labor
chip remains the Father's by creation of the raw material
"legal property of the manufacturer" is an operational fiction of the game

This rule holds throughout the text without exception. The table:

The text is univocal: EVERYTHING is the Father’s by creation. Without nuance. Without material exceptions.

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 owns nothing

Applying the rule “you create or you purchase” (the 𐤍𐤇𐤔, najash — the serpent):

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 created nothing

It has no power of 𐤁𐤓𐤀. It is a created being, not the Creator. All the material of the cosmos preexists its existence and comes from the Father. By the rule, nothing belongs to it by creation.

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 purchased nothing

To purchase legitimately it would need something legitimately its own to exchange. Since it created nothing, it has no legitimate asset of origin. Its apparent “assets” are the result of:

• Transformation of the Father’s things (not ownership)
• Reception of operational dominion through the handover by the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 in Gen 3 (not ownership — the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 was not an owner with the right to sell either)
• Manipulation of the fictions of the game (paper with no real value)

Its real authority

Matt 4:8-9 — the 𐤍𐤇𐤔 offers Yiahushua “all the kingdoms of the world and their glory” and says “all this I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me”. Yiahushua does not respond “it is not yours to give” — that would have been a literal but superficial answer. He responds by quoting Deut 6:13: “You shall worship Yiahua your Elohim and Him only shall you serve.”

INTERPRETATION:

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 had real operational dominion over the kingdoms at that moment — received through the handover by the 𐤀𐤃𐤌 in Gen 3 and maintained by the continuous flow of human service. But not juridical ownership. The difference matters: it had the operational capacity to transfer operational dominion, not the legal faculty to transfer ownership.

operational dominion      =  power of use, instruction, circulation, control
                              within the present system
                              continuously fueled by human service
                              terminable when the game ends

juridical ownership       =  property right before the Creator
                              originating in creation or legitimate purchase
                              perpetual, not terminable, real outside the game

The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 had the former, not the latter. Yiahushua refused because accepting the usurper’s operational dominion in exchange for worship would have subjected the Son’s juridical ownership to the usurper’s jurisdiction.

It is exactly what we want to avoid as well.

The continuous flow

CRITICAL OPERATIONAL OBSERVATION:

The dominion of the 𐤍𐤇𐤔 is not static. It is continuously fed by human service. Every act of obedience to the usurped system delivers fuel to it. Without that flow, its operational authority fades.

mechanism:
   humans, whether they know it or not, serve the operational system of the 𐤍𐤇𐤔
      when they manipulate power through sex (Gen 3:16 amplified)
      when they accumulate the game's bills as if they had value
      when they accept the jurisdiction of the game as defining
      when they register property as if they had ownership
      when they swear loyalty to frameworks that deny the Father

   each of those acts is a flow of operational energy to the usurper

consequence:
   an 𐤏𐤁𐤃 of the Father who withdraws their service from the usurped system
   reduces the flow of fuel
   that is why withdrawing operational loyalty from the system (𐤁𐤁𐤋) is a real act
   it is not merely an internal declaration — it is a withdrawal of fuel from the usurper

This explains why the text is so severe with idolatry: not because the idol is a “spiritually dirty” thing in the abstract, but because worshiping the idol delivers fuel to the usurped system. Every idolater feeds the operational authority of the usurper.

And that is why the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 who disconnects from the flow is operationally significant. Rev 18:4 — “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins.” The exit is a withdrawal from the flow.

The sale of the first 𐤀𐤃𐤌

Gen 1:26-28 — the first 𐤀𐤃𐤌 receives from the Father:

𐤑𐤋𐤌    (tzelem) — image — credentials of representation
𐤃𐤌𐤅𐤕  (demut)  — likeness — access to the Father's protocol
𐤓𐤃𐤄    (radah)  — dominion — executive authority over the earth

He receives delegated administration, not ownership. The Father remains the Owner. The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 is a representative with a ring (administration) without the right of cession (no property).

The transgression as legal transfer

Gen 3 documents the event. The 𐤀𐤃𐤌 signs the transgression with his root and, in the legal terms of the game, cedes operational jurisdiction to the usurper. The cession does not include real ownership (which remains the Father’s by creation) — but it does include:

• Operational dominion over the 𐤀𐤃𐤌’s own will
• By extension, operational dominion over all the 𐤀𐤃𐤌’s descendants
• Operational authority over the earth that was under the 𐤀𐤃𐤌’s administration

Juridical result

From Gen 3 on, humans are born under the operational jurisdiction of the usurper, even though the real ownership over them remains the Father’s.

Romans 7:14 — πεπραμένος ὑπὸ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν — “sold under sin”. Ps 51:5 — “in sin my mother conceived me” — the inherited X chromosome (the 𐤕𐤅) that XuprYahu identifies.

Every human, from the womb, is under the operational jurisdiction of the usurped system, while still being the Father’s creation by real ownership.

The re-purchase by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏

The Father could have declared the transfer void and reclaimed humans by decree. He did not. Instead, He honored His own legal system and paid the re-purchase price.

The technical requirement

To pay the re-purchase a human without the epigenetic 𐤕𐤅 was needed — blood without the mark of the first adam. Hence the virginal incarnation:

Lk 1:35:
   𐤓𐤅𐤇 𐤄𐤒𐤃𐤔 will come upon you
   and the power of the Most High will overshadow you (ἐπισκιάσει)
   therefore the holy being to be born will be called Son of 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌

body of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏:
   human half     →  line of adam preserved in the chosen line (inherited)
   ruaj half       →  not from the inherited system
                       does not carry the epigenetic 𐤕𐤅
                       blood fit for re-purchase

The act of payment

1 Cor 6:20:    ἠγοράσθητε γὰρ τιμῆς        — "you were bought with a price"
1 Cor 7:23:    τιμῆς ἠγοράσθητε             — "with a price you were bought"
1 Pet 1:18-19: οὐ φθαρτοῖς, ἀργυρίῳ ἢ χρυσίῳ
                "not with perishable things, silver or gold"
                ἀλλὰ τιμίῳ αἵματι ὡς ἀμνοῦ
                "but with precious blood as of a lamb"

The verb is ἀγοράζω (agorazō) — to buy in the marketplace (ἀγορά = marketplace). It is technical juridical-commercial vocabulary. Not a poetic metaphor. The text is describing a real transaction: payment of a price in the market where the usurper has legal possession of humans.

The juridical effect

Before the cross:
   human is born under the operational jurisdiction of the usurper
   real ownership is the Father's, but access blocked by the transfer
   the human cannot exit on their own — they are sold

After the cross:
   price paid in the usurper's market (the unforgeable blood)
   the usurper cannot reject the payment — it is within its own system
   the humans who enter the new 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕 return to their original jurisdiction
   the Father's, by creation + redemption

This is perfect justice: the Father did not break His own operative laws. He honored the legal system of the game by paying the price. The usurper is left without legal cause against the redeemed.

That is why Col 2:14-15 says that on the cross HaMashiach “canceled the record of debt that stood against us… and disarmed the principalities and powers, putting them to open shame, triumphing over them in the cross”. The legal record against humans was canceled by payment, not by ignorance or unilateral decree.

The fictions of the game

The “registered properties” in the present system are operational fictions of the game:

legal registries:     ICANN, copyrights, patents, trademarks
                       commercial corporations, equity, shares
                       certificates of property
                       contracts
                       financial valuations

operational function: useful for circulating within the game
                       recognized by those of the game as binding
                       produce practical effects within the game

real value:           zero, in terms of juridical ownership before the Creator
                       when the game ends, paper with no value
                       what they registered was not real ownership, it was operation

The fictions are useful. We operate with them. We pay Linode for servers; we register hadut.org with ICANN; we accept copyright over code we write. All of that is operation within the game — necessary to function within it.

But they do not confuse real ownership. Real ownership is determined by the rule of the text: you create or you purchase, in absolute terms.

The paradox dissolves

The apparent operational paradox (“if we register we are under the usurped system; if we do not register we have no protection”) dissolves when we understand the fictions:

to register               =  to pay to use the operational fiction
                              within the present system
                              does not imply recognizing the usurper as owner
                              implies using its operational infrastructure
                              as Paul paid taxes to Rome
                              (Rom 13:7 — "pay to all what you owe them")

NOT to register           =  to renounce the fiction
                              accepts that anyone else may take
                              the fictions we reject
                              and operate with them
                              within the game
                              without affecting real ownership

The choice between registering or not registering is operational, not metaphysical. Not registering does not make us more owners than we already are (administrators). Registering does not make us owners of what we are not (titleholders). Both options are legitimate in terms of the frame; the choice depends on what better facilitates the administration of the Father’s purpose.

Matt 17:24-27 — Yiahushua pays the temple tax even though “the sons are exempt”, so as not to give offense. He operated within the game when it served the purpose, without that compromising His primary jurisdiction.

Application to the hadut.org frame

What is the Father's by creation:
   silicon, copper, electricity, waves, matter, space, time
   our bodies, our creative capacity, the ruaj
   the human consciousnesses
   whatever passes through the game into the coming state

What is the Father's by creation + redemption:
   the rescued consciousnesses that enter the new 𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕

What we the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 administer:
   the rescue of consciousnesses during the age of the sandbox
   using as tools EVERYTHING within our reach
   (code, infrastructure, domains, devices, money of the game)
   knowing that the tools are the Father's
   and the registries that say otherwise are fictions of the game

What we do NOT administer:
   we are not owners of the rescued consciousnesses
   they are the Father's — we are fishers
   nor are we owners of the purpose — the purpose is His
   we are only faithful administrators of the purpose in the use of the tools

Coherence of the source code

Conclusion

The Father is Owner of everything by creation. The 𐤍𐤇𐤔 owns nothing — it only controls operational circulation fueled by the continuous flow of human service.

The first 𐤀𐤃𐤌 ceded operational jurisdiction to the usurper in Gen 3. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤅𐤏 paid the re-purchase price with unforgeable blood in the usurper’s market, honoring the legal system of the game and canceling the record of decrees against the redeemed.

The legal registries of the present system are operational fictions useful for circulating within the game. They do NOT constitute real ownership before the Creator.

We the 𐤏𐤁𐤃 administer the rescue of consciousnesses during the age using as tools everything within our reach, without confusing the fictions of the game with real ownership.

When the game ends, the registries stay in the box. The rescued consciousnesses pass into the next phase with the Father. And we hand over administration to receive what was promised.

Until then, we operate. Not as owners — as faithful administrators. Not out of fear — out of love for the Lord who bought us back.
